AND So Life Goes On.......................

we had a great Christmas with mine and david's family. one of my nieces got married and i was asked to speak. what an honor that was!!! i wish the best for them. ahhh to be young and in love. is a little different than being old and in love.

i got to visit with my best friend from high school. that was cool, even though it was under a sad circumstance. it was nice to sit in her childhood house where she grew up and we spent many an hour daydreaming about the men we would marry and the lives that we would have. i bet we visited for 4 hours. just catching up with each other. she looks just the same.

the time went by so fast on christmas break. we got back home on thursday, by the way, happy new year. i got a new garmen. it took me another way back home, and believe it or not, it was about 30 minutes faster. so that was nice.

i have to admit when i got home, it was so nice to be back in my house, my bed, and surrounded by my belonging. but i have to admit i sure delt with loneliness. you see david left christmas night and did not get back until 9 sunday night before we went back to school. i am so excited for his career, howeever, i do feel like i suffer the consequesnces. the loneliness gets tough at times.

the loneliness i am experiencing isn't a sad depressing loneliness, its the hollow left in the soul type. i am so thankful that i have my girls. i truly do not know what i would do with out them.

we are still in the process of looking for a church. that is not a fun process. this sunday we are going to a church that sister d recommended. however i know God will be faithful and we will find a church.

when we got home, i printed off some of the pictures that jw had taken and filled up my staircase wall with a collage of pictures. it looks so great. i bought frames 1/2 off at hobby lobby. i bought ovals, large and small; and rectangles and squares large and small. IT LOOKS SOOOOOO GOOD. i am rather proud of it myself. i will post a picture soon.

david is off this weekend. it is so nice to have him here. we went out with b&g last night and this other couple. boy was it good to be with other adults!!!!!!! we had so much fun.

well taks is getting closer. so that sure is my focus now. well i don't know much else. so ........
